The words that come into your mind are not always your own thoughts and ideas. You are to renew your mind by capturing all thoughts and bringing them into obedience, the obedience of Christ, as cited in Romans 12:2: “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”The devil is constantly trying to tempt, trip you up, or take you down the wrong path. He is a deceiver and a liar! As soon as you identify the thought as a false statement from your enemy, rebuke it, and cast it down. The Lord is right there to help you and love you through every decision you have to make. Your thought life is such an important battleground. Stop the stinkin’ thinkin’! Do you know how very important you are to your Lord and Savior? He loves you so much. Let Him renew your mind, and you will become all that you were meant to be.
