Living Your God-Given Dreams

You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. –Isaiah 26:3 NKJV

Contemplation of God’s character, commands, and promises, along with our complete reliance on who He is and what He says He’ll do for us are essential for living out our God-given dreams. In our everyday lives, we must focus on the good things happening, realizing that all good things come from our Heavenly Father: “Whatever is good and perfect comes to us from God” (James 1:17 NLV). He promises that if we keep our eyes on Him, through faith, we will enjoy perfect peace. As we trust and rely on Him, we will notice that good things are happening and continue to happen. God has given each of us a dream and everything that we need to live it out. In perfect peace, with eyes on Him, we must trust Him to make the dream He has given us a reality—because it is His desire to do so!
