Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment. –Proverbs 18:1 ESV
Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire; he breaks out against all sound judgment. –Proverbs 18:1 ESV
How often do you isolate yourself? Do you know that it can hinder your growth with God? The Bible says that it is not good to be alone. That two people are better than one. Start working together and helping others in their time of need.A person who stands alone when attacked can be defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. So, encourage one another. Do good deeds, love one another, keep looking out for the interests of others, and carry each other’s burdens. Take time alone with God just as Jesus did on the mountainside.Be still and set your mind on God. See God’s peace, which goes beyond anything you can imagine. It will guard your thoughts and emotions through Jesus Christ who is true, honorable, and fair.
Ask God to bring you opportunities to bless others and a willing heart to do so.
Thank God that you don’t have to be alone or isolated but can be surrounded by loving friends and a healthy support system.
